Our Methodology

How We Work

Our training methodology emphasizes practical application over theoretical knowledge. We believe learning tax compliance works when you practice with real scenarios from businesses like yours.

Practical, Not Theoretical

We don't teach from SET manuals. Our courses use real business scenarios from kiosks, hair salons, mechanic shops, and delivery services operating in Paraguay. Each example reflects actual situations you'll encounter in your business.

Every training session includes hands-on practice with the Ekuatia system. You'll generate invoices, calculate taxes, and prepare declarations using your own business information under instructor guidance.

Training Structure

Course Components

System Navigation

Detailed walkthrough of the Ekuatia interface. Learn where to find each function, how to navigate between modules, and how to configure settings for your business type.

Invoice Generation

Practice creating different invoice types for various transaction scenarios. Understand required fields, optional data, and how to handle special situations like credit notes or corrections.

Tax Calculation

Learn to calculate IVA, IRE, and other applicable taxes for your business activity. Understand tax rates, exemptions, and how to apply them correctly in different situations.

Declaration Preparation

Step-by-step instruction on preparing monthly declarations. Learn to gather required information, complete declaration forms, and verify calculations before submission.

Documentation Management

Establish systems for organizing invoices, receipts, and supporting documents. Understand retention requirements and how to maintain records that satisfy SET audits.

Problem Resolution

Learn to handle common issues like invoice errors, missed deadlines, or system problems. Understand procedures for corrections and how to communicate with SET when needed.

Small Group Format

We limit classes to eight participants. This allows individual attention and ensures everyone can ask questions specific to their business situation.

Small groups mean you can practice at your own pace. The instructor can review your specific invoices and declarations, providing feedback on your actual business transactions rather than generic examples.

  • Maximum 8 participants per session
  • Direct interaction with instructor
  • Hands-on practice with your business data
  • Time for individual questions

Learning Approach

How You Learn

1

Demonstration

Instructor demonstrates each process using a real business example. You watch the complete procedure from start to finish on the projected screen.

2

Guided Practice

You perform the same task using your business information while the instructor provides step-by-step guidance. Ask questions as they arise during the process.

3

Independent Work

Complete exercises independently while the instructor circulates to answer questions and verify your work. Build confidence through repeated practice.

4

Review and Feedback

Instructor reviews your completed work, identifies any errors, and explains corrections. Learn from mistakes in a supportive environment before working with real SET submissions.
