These Terms of Service govern your use of the Patrimand website and participation in our training programs. By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to these terms.
Patrimand provides educational training services focused on electronic invoicing and tax compliance for self-employed professionals and micro-businesses in Paraguay. Our services include:

To enroll in training programs, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Course registration is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified and offered alternative session dates or full refunds.
Course fees must be paid in full prior to the first training session unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing. Payment can be made through our designated payment processors. All fees are stated in Paraguayan Guaraníes unless otherwise specified.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the first training session. Refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session start time are subject to an administrative fee. No refunds are provided after the first training session has commenced.
As a training participant, you agree to:
All training materials, website content, and course curriculum are the intellectual property of Patrimand. Participants receive a limited license to use training materials for personal reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
Patrimand provides educational training services. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, tax savings, or compliance results from completing our programs. Participants are responsible for implementing learned procedures correctly and seeking professional advice when needed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patrimand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in training programs.
Training services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and current information, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of training content. Tax regulations and system requirements change, and participants are responsible for verifying current requirements with official sources.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patrimand, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to training programs or service offerings.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Paraguay. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Asunción, Paraguay.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Patrimand regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
